Our garment printing services

Choose the technique that matches your garments, timelines and budget. Every method is produced in-house for consistent quality across bulk orders and small runs.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing – bold colour and long-lasting detail

Screen printing delivers high-impact, colourfast prints ideal for merch drops, event wear and retail-ready ranges across West Fife. It’s perfect for cotton and poly-cotton garments, ensuring Pantone-matched accuracy over runs of 25 or more pieces.

For large orders of hi-vis vests or branded uniforms, screen printing provides vibrant results that withstand repeated washing while keeping your crew visible.

DTF Printing

DTF Printing – full-colour versatility

DTF printing produces sharp results on complex artwork with fast turnarounds. Its soft-touch transfers suit short runs for clothing brands and merch drops in Fife, bonding beautifully to performance fabrics without cracking.

It’s ideal for gradient designs, logos with fine detail or back-orders and top-ups where you need a quick turnaround. We also supply heat-pressed and ready-to-press DTF transfers for local studios.

Embroidery

Embroidery – stitch-perfect finish

Embroidery adds depth and structure to polos, jackets, hats and hi-vis workwear. Our embroidery delivers crisp detail that stands up to daily wear, creating a premium finish that Fife crews trust for uniforms and PPE.

Combine threads with badges or DTF patches for ultra-fine gradients and metallic accents that keep artwork pristine.

Clothing FAQs

Clothing printing questions we hear most.

Not sure which route fits your project? Explore the answers below or message our Crosshill team for tailored guidance.

What garments can you print on?

We print and embroider cotton and recycled-blend T-shirts, hoodies, hi-vis vests, jackets, aprons, hats and performance fabrics. Everything is finished in-house at Crosshill and delivered across Fife. Share your garment list and we will map the right print method for you.

How do I choose between screen printing and DTF?

Screen printing is best for bulk orders with solid colours, DTF suits detailed artwork and short runs, and embroidery works for uniforms and hi-vis garments that need a premium, durable feel. Our team will recommend the right method for your Fife project after reviewing your garments, artwork and deadlines.

Do you offer eco-friendly fabric options?

Yes. We supply organic cotton, recycled polyester, Fair Wear garments and certified hi-vis workwear, pairing them with water-based inks, low-waste DTF and embroidery tailored to sustainability policies in Fife businesses.

What is the minimum order for custom T-shirts or workwear?

We have no minimum order requirements. Whether you need a single branded hoodie or a full run of hi-vis vests for a site team, we can handle it. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders, and our account team will advise on the most cost-effective printing method.

Can I provide my own garments for printing or embroidery?

Yes. You can supply your own T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos or hi-vis items, provided they are suitable for screen printing, DTF or embroidery. Alternatively, we can source garments from our catalogue of over 150 options, including eco-friendly and Fair Wear ranges, and ensure colour consistency across your order.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept vector files such as AI, EPS and PDF, along with high-resolution raster files like PNG or TIFF. For screen printing we prefer vector artwork with colours separated, while DTF and embroidery can handle more complex designs. If you are unsure, send your artwork to our Crosshill studio and our design team will prepare it for printing.

How do you ensure colour accuracy?

Our screen printing uses Pantone-matched inks for consistent colour across bulk runs. With DTF printing we calibrate our presses to achieve vibrant, accurate hues, and our embroidery threads can be matched to your brand palette. We always run a test sample or proof before starting your Fife order.

Do you offer delivery outside Fife?

Yes. While we produce all clothing in our Crosshill hub and deliver regularly across Fife, we also ship orders across the UK via courier. Local customers can collect in person or request our same-day courier service for urgent runs.

Can you help with design and placement?

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can refine your artwork, advise on print size and placement for different garments, and ensure your logo stands out on T-shirts, hoodies or hi-vis clothing. We provide digital proofs so you can visualise the final product before production.

What’s the turnaround time for clothing printing?

Standard orders take seven to ten days once artwork is approved, with rush DTF options available within 24–72 hours. Embroidery and large screen runs may need slightly longer and we confirm lead times when quoting.
